1. When are new videos added?

2 new videos will be added monthly for each level- 2 beginner and 2 int/adv, so a total of 4 new videos.

2. How will I know when new videos are added to the site?

The newest videos will always show up on the bottom of my homepage under "Latest". We aren’t able to provide email notification at this point, but generally videos will be uploaded at the beginning of the month. Also keep an eye on my Instagram @karelflores, as I will mention new video drops in my stories!

3. Will I be able to view both levels of videos?

Yes! You will have access to all of the videos on the website- both beginner and intermediate/advanced.

It’s sometimes helpful even for more advanced dancers to go back and work on the basics that I teach in the beginner series. And likewise, beginner dancers might want to explore the more advanced videos as well.

4. How long is each video?

The length of each video varies depending on the lesson. I try to keep the beginner level classes around 20 minutes, so that it’s not an overwhelming amount of information. Intermediate/Advanced videos are slightly longer, around 25-45 minutes depending on the combo I am teaching.

5. How many classes are included with my membership?

All of the classes that are on the website are included. Each month 4 more videos (2 beginner and 2 intermediate/advanced) will be added. All of the videos will remain on the website for you to access anytime you like as long as you have an active membership.

6. What direction do you face when teaching?

I face away from the camera when teaching the steps, so you will see me just like when you take a class. I break down each step with counts and then do it with music. I will also do the combo facing you at least once, so that you can see it from the front as well.

7. Can I make requests for a future class?

Yes! We love to get feedback from students. Please fill out the contact form and let us know what you would like to see!

8. When am I charged for my monthly membership?

You will be charged the monthly fee automatically to your credit card at the same time each month based on the day you first signed up.

9. Do you accept Paypal?

Unfortunately, no at this time we are unable to accept Paypal payments.

10. Will you share my information?

We will never share your email or any information with a 3rd party. We also do not have access to your private credit card information.
